On Tuesday 10th October, I got “raided” by the Gestapo. 6 car loads and maybe a 7th up the road, containing at least 25 goons. Also, I heard a drone overhead. They apparently were looking for the other 6 registered guns that I did not produce at sudden short notice on “inspection day” some months earlier, because these 6 were buried and not possible to retrieve at short notice. Included were sniffer dogs, plus a diver in the dam, so I hope he/they enjoyed the eels and leaches while playing in the mud. Oh yes, they “discovered” a wooden box containing may be a couple of thousand corroded flood damaged 22 rounds from the 1974 flood, only scrap metal value, and stuff that most likely would not work, but that I had not yet taken apart for lead and brass value.
They found a few packets of 50 X 22 rounds, and they claimed that the gun safe was not properly locked, though inside a locked metal shed. Must have cost the “system” thousands of $$$$ to “prove” who/what they are, and to find very little of substance. Apparently does not seem to matter much that people are knifed and robber daily, not to mention the out of control youth crime, but gun owner apparently must be a “dangerous mob”? 11 – There is only one way the Voice can win
with the 2023 referendum being criminally defrauded. ‘NO’ will certainly win the vote but we cannot guarantee that we will win the count. The following points present a short summary.
THE BALLOT PAPER IS BIASED
To have one box only on the Ballot voting paper to record a choice of two referendum answers is a very poor design. The correct way is to have a minimum of two boxes for two answers. This was correctly done with the UK’s Brexit Ballot paper. With two boxes, a voters intention is clear, whether, in our case, voters use a Yes, No, Y, tick, cross, circle, squiggle or fill in their relevant box with a pen.
Even though putting only one box is a very poor design, no harm is done provided the rule stated on the ballot paper is clear, as it is with this referendum, that voters must either write a ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ in the box.
However, if the AEC then proposes, somewhat unofficially for instance, tha a tick will be counted as a ‘Yes’ but a cross will not be counted as a ‘No’, the vote result has been deliberately biased.
NO ID IS REQUIRED FOR VOTING
When voting many decades ago, one would walk up to the official polling booth table and give a name. It could of course be any name. Instead of asking for identification or even an address, the election official would look through the electoral roll for that name, then they would read out the attached address to the ‘voter’. At this current ‘referendum’, there is no requirement for any proof of identity. One gives a name and receives a ballot paper, and can continue to do this at every polling booth, with virtually no chance of being caught. Indeed, the AEC has posted on social media that if anyone votes multiple times, their votes will be counted as, once the vote goes in the box, there is no way of knowing who the voter was or that the vote is illegitimate
All electors supported every one of the issues that would secure a democratic voting system. This included not using pencils, secure voter identification and ensuring a valid and up to date electoral roll. Every Member of our parliament, Labor, Liberal and the rest all voted against the Majority Expressed Will of the people, and common sense, on every one of these issues.
NO WRIT
Before an election or referendum can be held, there must be a Writ signed by the Monarch or their representative; the Commonwealth Governor-General, allowing the referendum to be held. Without a Writ, the referendum is unlawful and if it proceeds, any result is invalid as this referendum will be. CARDBOARD BALLOT BOXES
In Canberra I witnessed a cardboard Ballot Box being opened during a pre-polling voting day. I questioned the official who broke the seal to open the box. She said, “That’s OK. I’ve got lots of spare seals” and showed them to me. The above mentioned ‘Referendum Act’ states in: Section 19 Ballot-boxes (2) Each ballot-box shall be capable of being securely fastened. This is not done. Indonesia has excellent Ballot-box security with metal Ballot boxes and locks, as we sold them ours.
AUSTRALIAN ELECTORAL COMMISSION HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY
There have been numerous complaints, probably hundreds, regarding proven election fraud over many, many decades. None of the vital issues raised at those times or raised herein have been corrected, similar to the matters I polled in Canberra that the Electors wanted changed to safeguard voting. No changes were made. This is made all the more difficult to correct as the AEC does not answer to a Minister. Conclusion There are three things we can be certain of from this referendum. If we are told the ‘YES’ side won, we have just witnessed major criminal and treasonous actions by those in the Australian Electoral Commission and others, who have hugely manipulated and stolen the result. We can also be certain that nothing will be done to prevent this happening again and again unless we, the people, change it. Is that not proven by the evidences in this article?
